ReplyDeleteWell to be honest, i havnt come across any Biblical passage that says u cant enter a temple. But Paul said that although he had the liberty to consume food offered to idols, he wont do it as he didnt want to offend his weaker brother in christ. For me personaly, when i went to Thailand with another fren for a tour, i didnt go inside one of their famous temples cos to me, the idols are all man made and i wasnt interested in seeing any of the idols. Furthermore, to see people lighting the joss stick and bowing to the idol to me is saddening. So i didnt go in to have a look. But if u want to go in for the scenery, its okie i guess,
was telling henry that i found a verse......but wonder if that can be used to actually "connote" we are not encouraged to go into temples of idols....etc etc....will let you know when i am home tonight.... :):):)
